Beth R. Stearns

Beth has more than 20 years of experience handling both small and larger-scale purchases and sales of businesses. Her perspective is unique, having represented both sellers and buyers. From the letter of intent or deal sheet, we will manage everything through drafting and negotiation of the Agreement, due diligence, closing, and post-closing.

Additionally, Beth’s varied experience includes both asset purchases and stock sales, deals that include assignments of leases, franchise agreements, service contracts, liquor licenses, intellectual property, transfer of real property, and assumption of debt.

Beth’s experience includes drafting leases, negotiating new leases, lease amendments, and dispute resolution for a wide range of venues, including shopping malls, street locations, and airports. With more than 25 years of experience handling commercial leases, she knows both sides, having represented both landlords and tenants.
