Robert McNelly

Experience: Robert McNelly is the founding and managing partner of McNelly Law Group. He is involved with every case, ensuring that the specific expertise is assigned to assure the best possible service. Under his supervision, the firm assists businesses and organizations with transactions, disputes, employment issues, civil rights matters, and complex litigation.

Mr. McNelly is also a recognized practitioner in land use law in Pennsylvania, and he has assisted nationally known banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate offices in identifying and acquiring appropriate land, negotiating with municipalities and government agencies, and satisfying strict lender requirements.

Education: Mr. McNelly received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
